Internal Sales Engineer – Gearmotors – Bonfiglioli
Do you have a mechanical aptitude, and enjoy providing excellent customer service?
My client, Bonfiglioli, are seeking someone with a great attitude to join their team and provide outstanding service to customers and distributors. Based in Māngere Bridge, they are open to candidates without experience who are keen to learn (training will be provided). Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

With more than 60 years of experience and a team of more than 3,700 professionals around the world, Bonfiglioli designs, produces and distributes a full range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters for the industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy sectors.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist customers via the phone, computer, or sales counter.
- Provide quotes.
- Follow up customer enquiries.
- Provide cost effective, practical solutions to customer and distributor enquiries.
- Support colleagues with technical, pricing and general assistance.
- Review daily outstanding orders and quotes and implement corrective action where necessary.
- Review on time deliveries in accordance with the Workshop manager to ensure all units are dispatched on time.
Desired Candidate Skills & Behaviours
- Enjoy helping people and providing great service.
- Good computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a mechanical aptitude, demonstrated through either experience in the workplace or hobbies.
- Good attention to detail.
- Can work and remain calm in a pressured environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- An engineering or mechanical qualification would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Customer service experience would be advantage but not necessary.
Applicants must be NZ Citizens or Residents and able to work in NZ on an ongoing basis.
