Roofing Foreman – Christchurch

Seeking an experienced roofer for a family-owned and operated long-run roofing business and a top installer of quality commercial roofing, based in Christchurch. Ideally would like foreman or supervisory experience but also open to candidates who don’t have this, but wishing to step up into a Foreman role. Also open to candidates seeking to move from another part of the country to Christchurch. This is a full-time, permanent role, directly employed (not via agency).

The role is leading a team of roofers in the installation of long-run metal roofing and wall cladding on commercial buildings as well as re-roofing projects. As Foreman, you would be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include: leading, project management, installation, quality control, safety, client relations and documentation.

Candidates need to have some experience installing commercial long-run roofing.
